Right, let me start with Grand bay - $17k win:

Passed verification immediately
First withdrawal of $5k processed in few hours
Tried second withdrawal of $12k
Account "under investigation" for 2 weeks
Finally accused of "bonus abuse" despite never taking bonuses
Have all screenshots and chat logs. Anyone else had similar?
