High 5 casino is a scam!

Be careful with High 5 casino! I had trouble with two $2700 redemptions being cancelled due to Trustly connection issues. While both redemptions were cancelled, only $700 was credited back to me for one of them! I wrote about the issue to support, but they said that everything is correct and they dodn't find any issues! IDK if they intentionally scammed me. Whatever. They took my money!

Once you create a Skrill account and deposit money into it, you can then withdraw funds back to your Skrill account. From what I've heard from others, you usually receive that money within a few hours. I successfully withdrew $2,500 to my Wells Fargo account, and it took less than 48 hours to process. In the past 5 years, I've tried around 50 different online casinos. The quickest payout I experienced was with Funzpoints to my Cash App. If you request a withdrawal before noon, you typically receive the money within a few hours, usually within 4 hours or less. However, Lucky Land takes longer to process withdrawals. One issue I've noticed with both High 5 Casino and Funzpoints is that once my winnings reach $4,000, my winning streak seems to stop. Before my last withdrawal, I was consistently winning across all five different games I was playing. When I reached $4,000, most of it came from a $3,000 boost from one bonus round .Even when I set a very high bet and let the game auto-spin from $4,000 down to $1,800, I didn't hit any bonus rounds or significant wins. Since the game I was playing didn't have a jackpot, I decided to stop and cash out at $1,800.With High 5 Casino and Funzpoints, I've reached $4,000 multiple times but never gone beyond that amount.I've cashed out at $4,000 and spent an hour trying to increase it but never got higher than $4,200. On at least four occasions, I reached $4,000 and ended up cashing out less, usually around $2,000, after the game stopped paying out.Unless you hit a jackpot, which usually requires a bet of at least $10, it seems challenging to achieve higher winnings beyond a certain point. In my experience, it's pretty standard that after making a withdrawal, you won't see substantial wins again until you've essentially lost back the amount of your last withdrawal. Overall, I've deposited around $60,000 and withdrawn $33,000 over the past 5 years.

Hey, all you have to do is sign up for a Skrill account. If you've got that much money on there, I'll do it—just give me your account details. Skrill costs $10 and is available instantly. You just need to deposit some money to activate your account, and then you can get a card in the mail and use it at ATMs. I exclusively use these guys for my transactions.

In my opinion, they discourage you from withdrawing funds, aiming to keep the money in your account so you'll continue gambling with it.

I had Sweeps Coins (SC) that weren't paid to me when I won on roulette. However, when I lost, they took them. I reported this issue, but they claim they have no record of it. I witnessed this myself and even took a screenshot with my phone. Their behavior seems very dishonest and suspicious!

They are thieves. I don't understand how they're getting away with it. They cheat players like this and even reject mailed-in entries for sweeps coins. It seems like they really don't want to pay out winnings. Trustpilot is full of negative reviews about these same issues.

Hey, it says I can't access my account, but they owe me $2,500. I told them I would file an arbitration complaint. After that, they said they would conduct a detailed review, and 9 days later, they finally gave me my money.

Hey, create a Skrill account. I use High5 and have withdrawn $5,000 to $8,000 in the past two months using Skrill. It's usually instant once approved.

Do you still have the money in your account? I heard you can now cash out via bank transfer. Do you need to use Trustly for that?
