Is live blackjack on Bovada rigged?

I am not sure if to post it here, or on casino section, since my question is about table games and casino. Sorry, if I'm wrong. I increased my balance from $500 to $2000 by betting between $25 and $75, then increased my bets to $150. When I placed my first $150 bet, support interrupted, saying they were doing a video reset and asked me to refresh the page. After refreshing multiple times, the screen turned black. Finally, when it came back, it went downhill, with the dealer consistently pulling 10s while I got stuck with 18s and 19s. Are they scamming me somehow?

It's not rigged. The reason why people lose is because blackjack, even if you play perfectly and even count cards, still favors the house.

When you see a 7 against anything lower than your 7/17, you have to take another card because you're hoping for a 10 underneath.

You could win 100 hands with a total of 10, but if you bet $1k on the 11th hand and bust because you got a 13 against an 8, it's totally possible.

Also, I've had it happen where the screen goes black. It didn't change anything.

Even if they did switch decks, it doesn't really benefit the casino because they can't control how you play. You might choose to stay on 13 or take another card with a hard 18. They can't control their players' decisions.

I've experienced several winning streaks in a row while playing in a real casino. Then suddenly, there's a shoe where the dealer seems to get 20s and 21s on every hand. It's not rigged; it's just the natural ups and downs of luck balancing out.

As someone who casually plays low-stakes online blackjack for fun, I steer clear of anything related to Bovada. I've never managed to turn a small deposit into a substantial amount worth cashing out on Bovada, whereas it feels like I succeed about half the time on other platforms.
