Stake US is deceiving its customers regarding Gold Cash?

Their Terms of Service specify that Gold Cash holds no inherent value. That's fine; it's just for fun. But here's the issue: Stake Cash is described the same way in their ToS, claiming it holds no intrinsic value. Yet, Stake Cash can be exchanged for bitcoin. This misleads consumers, making them believe that Stake Cash is worthless when it can actually be redeemed. It's deceptive and gives the wrong impression. This kind of false advertising is completely unacceptable.

It's meant to be a loophole. They have to say that Stake cash doesn't have real value, or else it wouldn't be allowed to operate in the states.

They also say that you can send them a letter by mail to get 5 free Stake Coins. They have to do this because it's considered a "sweepstakes," not gambling.

I've been waiting for about a month now and still haven't received an answer to my letter. They are shady....
