I really like this casino and all the games they offer! It's one of the very few casinos where I can find all my favorite games. The setup is straightforward and easy to understand. I gave it 3 stars because ever since they made a big update and changed everything, I haven't been winning enough money to cash out. Most of the time, I can't even earn enough to keep playing; it just takes all my money, which is really disappointing. I still play on it a lot, but I'm starting to explore other casinos because I'm not winning here anymore. I haven't been able to cash out or play for a while since before the update. I keep playing, hoping I'll win soon since it's been so long, but it doesn't seem likely. I might have to try other sites to see if I can win back some money. Apart from losing, everything else about this casino is great! I love everything except for the losing part.
Overall, I don't think Mbit casino is that great! The customer service is decent and answers questions well, but my emails got hacked, and I contacted the ambassador to help fix the issue.
