Be careful with High 5 casino! I had trouble with two $2700 redemptions being cancelled due to Trustly connection issues. While both redemptions were cancelled, only $700 was credited back to me for one of them! I wrote about the issue to support, but they said that everything is correct and they dodn't find any issues! IDK if they intentionally scammed me. Whatever. They took my money!

I had Sweeps Coins (SC) that weren't paid to me when I won on roulette. However, when I lost, they took them. I reported this issue, but they claim they have no record of it. I witnessed this myself and even took a screenshot with my phone. Their behavior seems very dishonest and suspicious!

They are thieves. I don't understand how they're getting away with it. They cheat players like this and even reject mailed-in entries for sweeps coins. It seems like they really don't want to pay out winnings. Trustpilot is full of negative reviews about these same issues.

I haven't been able to make a withdrawals and deposits from them in several months alresy. It keeps saying I’ve saved too many cards, but I don’t have any saved, and there’s no option to remove them. Oh well, there are better options out there, and it’s not worth the hassle of contacting support to fix it.
