How can I withdraw money from a deactivated account?

Is it possible to get my money from a casino that banned me for "manual" withdrawal? Are they eligible to ban me for this reason? I am talking here Australian casino.
 
The online casino either doesn't want to or can't give you your money. You can complain to the gaming commission that gave the site its license, if there is one. But there's a big chance you won't get your winnings or the money you bet back.

It seems odd that these problems only come up when someone tries to take out money. But what if someone put in £1k, never withdrew anything, and just left their account? It's unlikely, but what if? The casino still has their money, even if they never planned to pay out if the person won. That's not fair. This should be checked when people sign up.

But where does this end? Will it just stop here? Or will they start saying you're banned because you have accounts on different casinos?

You can try to charge back from your bank. It mostly depends on your deposit methods. My bank charged back money from one casino.
