I'm a long-time player at BetMGM and Wheel of Fortune. I've been a loyal customer for many years, both online and in Atlantic City. Out of the blue, on 2/15, they suspended my accounts for investigation. Then, last week, they closed my accounts without giving any explanation. They're withholding my funds, so I had to get the gaming commission involved. I haven't done anything wrong. Fine, close my accounts, but give me back my money already!

Talking about BetMGM, for the past 4-5 years, I've always received a $25 bonus on my birthday. But this year, they gave nothing, and that's okay. However, even with their daily "spin the wheel" promo, I hardly ever get anything good. It's always some crappy offer like "deposit $30 and get a $5 bonus," and every day it's just "sorry, try again tomorrow." It's frustrating. I'm not trying anything until I get my well-deserved birthday bonus. They're just greedy.

They have the games set up to pay out much less than other major casino apps. I play Hyper Nova almost every day on FanDuel, and I recently had to verify my account with them because I turned $5 into hundreds multiple times in the last month, so they flagged me for no reason. I thought the same game on MGM would be similar, but I was very wrong.
If you had to pick just one between BetMGM, DK, which would you go with?
