Richard casino review?

Don't confuse it with Rich casino. I'm specifically interested in reviews about Richard because I’ve come across reviews online, like on Trustpilot, where some people are actually writing about Rich casino instead. I recently got an interesting email offer with a pretty solid welcome bonus. I’m thinking of giving it a try, but I’m concerned that there are so many off-topic reviews online. Has anyone here tried it?

I've played there a bit. It's okay, nothing special. Game selection is decent, but withdrawal times can be slow.

I signed up there a few months ago. The welcome bonus was good, but the wagering requirements were pretty steep. Make sure you read the fine print.

Alright, I've got some experience with Richard Casino, so let me break it down for you.
First off, it's legit. They're licensed by Curacao eGaming, which isn't the most stringent regulatory body out there, but it's something. The casino's been around since 2016, so they're not totally new to the scene.
Game selection is pretty solid. Like Courtney_Connell mentioned, they've got titles from big names like NetEnt and Microgaming, plus some smaller providers. I particularly enjoy their live casino section - they've partnered with Evolution Gaming, which is top-notch for live dealer games.
Now, onto the not-so-great stuff. Their withdrawal times can be frustrating. They advertise 24-hour processing, but in my experience, it often takes longer. I once had to wait almost a week for a withdrawal to be processed.
The welcome bonus looks attractive at first glance, but watch out for those wagering requirements. Last I checked, they were set at 40x the bonus amount, which is on the high side. Make sure you understand the terms before you commit to any bonus.
Customer support is hit or miss. They've got live chat, which is good, but response times can vary wildly. I've had great experiences where my issue was resolved in minutes, and other times where I felt like I was talking to a brick wall.
Overall, I'd say Richard Casino is... okay. Not the best out there, but certainly not the worst. If you do decide to give it a shot, just go in with your eyes open. Set a budget and maybe start small to get a feel for how they operate.
